Lisane is a former Director of Staffing Process with over 20 years of corporate experience. Her area of corporate expertise is in analyzing and streamlining complex business processes. Her focus has been in the areas of enterprise-wide Project Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Process Design, Staffing Technology and Relationship Management. She has worked for several Fortune corporations including UBS Warburg (formerly PaineWebber), American Express and Prudential Financial.
